edson trails and camping directions

thinking of going out to edson area for aug long and wondering about directions to good trail system and where to camp. any info would be greatly appreciated.thx

we are from grande prairie heading cadomin way if you are interested in joining

Go about 12km west of Edson to RR 192. Turn right and go 8km north, there is a staging/camping area. Trails lead from there. Or 1/2 km past RR 192 (right hand side) is a gravel pit with better camping areas. Trails can be found from there as well.

Just past there on north side of 16 there is a nice lil pond with trails leading out been set up here for month or so and that first 8 kms of the south swanson u spoke of will rattle your trailer apart
