Ive only been there once. Where is the gravel pit? Are there lots of choices for random camping there? I agree with staying away from the staging area lol.

It's about a km or so in the dirt road on the left. It's probably the best spot to camp close that I know of anyways.

gravel pit is just past the swanson rd on the right
there is a pond you see from the highway ussually with random campers all around it...
nice place when working in the area thats where i set up the camper

Just because I like to see before I go does anyone have a pin for the gravel pit or marker on google? Just easier when I drive out if I know more of where I'm going lol

We ended up missing it. Opted to ride elsewhere.

It was really good this year. We were done early. Running through it fast. Anytime we came up to a group we didn't see much of them. Either they let us pass or we took a different route and they were faster. Not the big crowd like last year. Fun ride

Had a blast, but it seemed a bit short this year. Perhaps it just seemed that way because of the smaller turnout and less congestion. All in all, another great event this year. Thanks Edson ATV club!

Exactly. Not as many people clogging up the trail. Running it backwards was different for me too since this was only the second time.
