I always thought the cracks about white oakley wearing jacked up truck driving morons was a myth, til the bastards try to kill you passing 10-15 vehicles on a solid yellow. I guess the air is thinner way up there so they must not be thinking right. Ok it is not just them sometimes they wear blue ones.

Yup I gotta go up again this week to pick up the unit I dropped off will probly head up after work at night to miss the traffic.
How much farther is it down 881 than 63 coming from the west

its about 30-45 mins more if you plan it right. dont come through grassland as its longer then. i head north through lamont and take a right at the 4 way in boyle its highway 663. you can also head north through smoke lake and right on 663 again.

i only take 881 is i have to, its worse imo then 63. i was coming south last week with a 1 ton with a 30' gooseneck going 110 and i got passed by a 30 ton picker with trailer. like said before no passing lanes and very few straight portions.

oh and that large load will be parked at night so thats the best time to pass it
