ya a weird year for snow. still not alot in the fields, going to have to take a trail ride out by boundary, maybe ride some trails,

hmm, can't see there being much snow out at benalto, especially if it has already been tracked up. u interested in riding out by prarie creek, south of outwest, at the campsite.

Rode the rally today and it turned out better than I was expecting. Other than a long wait for the second cards it was great. Snow was thin in places but there are still spots that aren't bad. Thanks to the the organizers and volunteers for making it happen.

X2. Was better than working or being at home.
Lots more showed up than I thought too.
2nd check point had a bottle neck yep.
But so has other diff poker rallys before.
Only made it to past checkpoint 2 as Kokanee's sled clutch jammed the belt
( lost a cotter pin for the primary pin )
Good thing his house was 2 miles away.
We sleded from his house so in a roundabout way we did the rally
Had 3 good cards going too.

yep too bad the doo broke down, --thanks again for the tow.(wispering lol)
- sending the primary to get fixed today should be done by next weekend.
