I'm probably going to start carrying joe's clutch kits and doing installs if needed. Just putting out a feeler to see how many people would be interested within the vacinity of Edmonton. I can do the installs on 08-09 xp's at the present, and I do have the presses for pre 2008 style clutches as well. PM me if interested.

I use a big-@ss crescent wrench and remove it while the secondary is still on the sled. The park brake will NOT be strong enough to hold it. I use the park brake, then double over the belt so it jams in between the secondary and the footwell....

I use a big pipe wrench on the aluminum doo adjuster, just make sure to put some thin cardboard on the jaws so they don't dig into it and mark it up. Applying some heat helps too. Yes they are really hard to break those large threads covered in locktite. The Doo tool is pretty much useless for this since it is crappy metal that bends as soon as you start wrenching on it. It is only good for installing them and torquing them up to 74.
As Dave mentioned above, park brake usually won't hold it, someone has to be squeezing lever or double belt up onto footwell to jam it, if your running a solo operation.
