These idiots actually exist and they are out in the public with the rest of us. There was a guy that lived near us who rolled his lawnmower on way home from the nearest general store/ liquor store, a round trip of about ten miles. The local volunteer fire department and ambulance were dispatched to rescue the loser from under his rig. I guess his truck wouldn`t start or something. You never know what you are sharing the road with.
