Thought I'd put this here as it seems to have the most traffic at this time of year.
The BC government has changed the rules again; this time for DUI.
The level has gone down to "warn" at 0.05 with stiff fines/suspension and the fines/suspensions for 0.08 are really stiff.
I have seen/heard different figures than this article in The Province so beware. Now, will the enforcement issue be addressed!!
