Dragon Skid swap to a Gen 2

Has anyone done or seen a newer dragon suspension under a gen 2 sled?

I thought the newer skids were alot wider but possible to swap. takes some time and fab skills to fab up narower top mounts. but ya it would be sick if done.

Quick and easy install, I have a dragon skid under my edge pretty much a direct swap

The tunnel on the gen 2 is wider than the iq skid. Gen 2 is 16.25 inches and iq skid is 15.75. I had to build some spacers, make new cross shafts and move the mounting plates on tunnel after a lot of measuring and figuring out best mounting location that would not screw up the handling. Good news is i got it right the first time. Oh and thanks to paulw22 for all the help figuring it out!!

I had a 2006 144 IQ skid out of a 700 in my 2000 700 with a 151 pegger. what a difference in the ride!!

now a guy just has to find a track and skid. Any one out there with a cheep skid and track.
