They are picking up dogs out of yards or any that maybe running about. Numerous grossly mutilated dead dogs are being found left in the country between Sylvan and Rocky Mtn,House. Keep your dog close by and report anyone who you see dragging a dog, or suspicious activity to a van or other. Believed to be using pitbull fighting dogs.

I don't think it is a hoax. My girlfriend's male pitbull lab cross was stolen from her home along with a two week old male puppy last week in Blackfalds. Police told her they think it may be related

What kills me is how docile these dogs are with the right owners. My girlfriends pitbulls are like her children and far less aggressive than my 8 lb Yorkshire Terrier...The police think these azzhats are using stolen dogs to TRAIN their own pitbulls to fight by using them as bait. The thought of someone putting Eddy in a ring as bait for a fighting dog makes my stomach turn and heart drop.

Also, be careful about pictures and info posted on Facebook, kijiji, Instagram etc., as it is believed that her dogs were located and targeted from the metadata that is attached to pictures she posted when the pups were born...

What a sick world we live what do these brainless scumbags get out of this. Im starting to worry about my dog now are they breaking in to homes to get dogs or just dogs in yards? If someone got in to my house for my dog I'm being serious they would not be found.

It's ok if they would not be found, I can't think of any rational human being who would miss a scumbag like that ...

The dogs are being stolen mainly from yards and streets, but my girlfriends's dog and pup were stolen from inside her home while she was at work... Which tells me how bold and determined these jerkoffs are
