The front end on my Dodge Ram Mega Cab has finally worn out. Where is a good place to get parts for these things. It needs it all. Upper and lower ball joints, tie rod, pitman arm, u joints all the usual stuff for them. It is a Ram 2500 with a 195000 km on it. Is there a better quality part for these so they dont wear out so fast or are these Dodges just a front end waiting to happen. I will be in Edmonton on Aug 21-24 so any shop with a good price and warranty is interested in doing the work please let me know. Thanks Mark:D

I did the dodge ft upgrade , carli stabilizer. And when time it will be carli ball joints too. They make a great product. When $$ permits a carli 2.0 kit as well. I buy from HRT on this site! Good people, they know their chit!

Artic dodge...yeah i have a dodge that likes the front end parts too......but it's all relative to the way it's driven and where and how much etc.... I have had work done at snows auto in edmonton.... they have been good to me in the past .... it's not a cheap thing when you get it done at any shop......if your not cheap ad get it all taken care of at once it adds up quick....but then you have peace of mind. Let us know where you end up going and how much it costs etc...... might help out a few others on here down the road. Cheers!

Don't think your going to find too many aftermarket parts that will last 195000 km. Agree on the steering upgrade, esp.seeing it's not much more than all the stock steering components purchased individually.

Well to make ya feel better, I had a wheel stud break switching from winter to summer tires. $28 for a stud. Ran out of time before our trip so I took it to a shop in Red Deer.......$1700 later I had a new stud, unit bearing thing and front brakes /rotors.

Must've been a dealer at that price.........wow

good choice on the moog parts. That's what we use, and have never had a worn out part, plus they have lifetime warranty on the parts :) ...... You got away lucky, not having to replace the hubs ;)

This was done by Medicine Hat Frame and alignment. What would a price have been there and why you no volunteer to do it.
