one of my first jobs in high school was in a restaurant kitchen. I learned to never, EVER send food back....unless you are leaving without eating it.
I just threw up in my mouth a little......Awesome clip of road trip I actually watched this not long ago.
Sent from my iPhone while wishing the snow was gone so I can go dirt biking.

I would think in a high end restaurant a guy would be safe, but where cooks and kitchen staff are only making $14/hr it's not a good idea.Only time I've ever sent food back is at nice restaurants where my standards are a little higher due to price and even then probably only 2-3 times ever.
it surprises me, but it doesn't? but thanks for the heads up lolNope not even at a high end restaurant. I worked at a county club where the chef would do some nasty thing to dishes that got sent back.
He won a few Culinary awards and was paid very well. I will never send something back unless I am not going to eat any more.
Why do these cooks feel the need to do gross **** to the food? Do they hold themselves in such esteem that they feel they can do no wrong?Nope not even at a high end restaurant. I worked at a county club where the chef would do some nasty thing to dishes that got sent back.
