Just startin to go over the sled and noticed my air box is cracked where it hooks up to the throttle body's? It's a timber sled, do I need a whole new air box? It's leaking gas from the seal of the throttle body's.

Yah you want a tight seal their, that crack is no good. Are the seals replaceable? I know on the older Polaris sleds you could just change the seals out and re glue them to the box, not sure about the cats. I would pull that box out and have a better look at it

Yeah it's like one big boot that goes from the airbox to the throttle bodies, there's one on eBay for like $50... My next question is how the heck do I replace it?? It's just buried in there!

I would suggest bringing it into Dean at Mad Motorsports in Leduc he's really good with these cats and will go through the entire sled for you and get you all fixed up. 780.986.6370
