start by draining ALL fluids, pull the plug, and kick it over.

put fresh oil in, fresh gas, start it up, run it for about 10 minutes, drain all the oil, and change filter if applicable.

If 2 stroke bike, sorry I have no idea... probably start by draining fuel carb bowls etc

Best thing is to get it running ASAP.

Drain the engine by flipping the bike, pulling the plug and turning over. Drain exhaust, carbs, clean filter, change oil. Get it running, get it hot, change oil again, and run it. Don't just idle it. You have to get oil to displace and burn the water in the engine if 2-stroke.

Take the cylinders off and drain them and the drain the carb and then check the air filter to see if it has any water in it

After you change the oil, drive the bike up and down the alley, and drain a bit of oil. If it's still milky colour, you still have water in your case and need to change it again. I completely sunk my 4 stroke and had to change the oil 4 times (with a short run to circulate it) before the oil would drain looking fresh.
