We rode Renshaw on Sat Dec 1 - By the cabin and visible areas from there it was getting pounded out 16 - 20" snow, but if you go to areas and look for some untouched powder there was alot to offer. We found area's 20" - 30" powder. Over the saddle there was alot of untouched area's that were easy to get into. Watch for rocks, theres still quite a few waiting to bite. It as a little cold - 17, with some wind. It was also starting to cloud in with some dark clouds, snow clouds..
Sunday we rode Bell - It was quite pounded, but if you explored a bit you will find some powder, 1' to 20" of it. We played on a few hills that were untouched and had a half decent day, it was starting to snow when we left and snowed all the way home. As I hear the weather will get better in the week and its snowing in McBride so keep an eye here to find the lastest.
The trail up was quite bumpy and there was one area of open water to go around and the creek crossings were quite easy to go through, the final run from the trail up to the cabin through the trees was very easy to run as well.
