For sure nothing a couple plates and a box of rods and a day for a welder wont fix still cheaper than a new hoe.

That will repair the stick but the polish rod is bent on the cylinder.
New required plus the seals and rebuild of required.
Someone wasn't paying attention for this much damage to occur.
