I have 100k on my 08. 35" rubber, deletes since 25k. Only issues I have had were a squeaky idler pulley, pooched water pump and a gibbled ECM. I am happy with my truck. Not looking to change it out for at least another couple years.

i have an 08 3500 mega dully love it no issues at all . i have complete deletes h&s progamer deletes done at 100.145 on it now

Depends on the dealer. I got turned down for warranty on my 6.7 for a blown head gasket but I have much more then the deletes done. They didn't like that to much
