crowsnest pass

We are heading to Crowsnest Pass for the week of Sept 2 to 7. We applied for membership with Quad Squad but have not recieved any info or maps of the area yet and was wondering if there was somewere we could buy maps & info about the area on the way from Edm area.

Where r u planning on camping. ? We have stayed north of Coleman in the Atlas staging area. There are a lot of trails. We did 100 kms a day there. Very dry , never used the winches once. Not sure where to get maps. Try the local gas station there. Have to pay I think it was $10 bucks .

Thanks for the info. We have never been there,sounds like a good place spend some time. We have a Stealth toy hauler so we are looking to just park and ride, if thats possible.

Lots of open area to park, very easy to get in. If you don't have a map, bring your GPS for sure so that you can get back to camp.
