We plan on doing a quad trip this summer to the Crowsnest Pass Area
Plan on Aug 12 – Sun – arrive
Aug 13 – Mon – ride
Aug 14 – Tues – ride
Aug 15 – Wed – tour some sites in the area
Aug 16 – Thur – ride
Aug 17 – Fri – ride
Aug 18 – Sat – head part way home/ maybe all the way

If you are interested in this trip let me know…
I spent 2 days last fall ridding in the area…
All I can say unbelievable scenery ….

THIS will be a family event....


We plan on bush camping ….
If you know someone else or another family that would be interested please forward this to them …
The more people the more FUN…

The riding is almost all on gravel or shale rock, on old roads .etc.
When I was there last year it rained both days , but we had NO problems with mud , just got wet …

I do have a few. Ill email them to you, pm me your email (I have to take them off the GPS tho) I just moved out here from New Brunswick (born and raised in Calgary tho) so I only have a couple tracks from up here and in Grande Prairie but ill send them. and if you can send me all the tracks you have even if you have any from other areas like nordegg or rocky mountain house, maclean creek or wiaprious areas that would be awesome.

It ain't the dirt...it's the get stuck or high centered that I can't do....I haven't seen any tow hooks under the front of the motorhome. Hehehe

you can take your corvette in ...
only about a 1-2 miles of packed gravel ...
even with heavy rain , no problem

I too would be interested !!! Have always wanted to do this trip !!! Will keep it in mind ....closer to the date !!! I could come down and visit relatives in Lethbridge so could "kill two birds with one stone"...if I came out for a day ride or maybe even two days !!! LOL

Hi, I am in Calgary and have been down to that area for the last 3 years for Thunder in the Valley in July (which is now cancelled afer 18 yrs). It is beautifull riding down there.
I would like to join you guys if possible for this trip. I am new to this site and will try and find it again to see how this develops(lol)
