How many km on a xp before you should replace the crank
Anything under .004" is in spec, runout should be checked with plugs in to ensure you are getting an accurate reading of the crank bottoming in the bearings and you will need the assistance of compression to do this and as far as grease goes the pto bearing can be greased by removing the seal greasing and assembling with a new seal. Out of shear curiosity have any of you guys used the cv tech cranks or long blocks for replacement components on the 800r's???
