It's probably corned beef brisket for me. It takes a whack of restraint for me not to eat a whole brisket in one sitting.

Deer liver from the morning kill. Sliced up and in the frying pan with one bottle of your faverite beer. Once beer is evaporated , liver is done. Onions optional. Hmmm mmmmm.
