Letter in the mail today from the CRA. They are starting to investigate the validity of the individual CERB payments and "according to our records"...........

A lot of people will be looking for funds to pay back the government............exciting times are coming.

Thing about this whole mess is people that have not worked for many years all of a sudden got CERB which sickens me as i know these people are quite capable of working but choose to not and bilk the system for all it's worth. Taxpayers like myself and many others have to burden this chit with more/more taxes put upon us because of this gross negligence. These are the people that could care less about if they come collecting or not, you cannot get blood from a stone. The bliss side is when these clowns go to do there income taxes which they do every year because they usually get something back for there non contributing azz's. Except this time they will be told that it has been forfeited to the CRA because they received something they should not have.

I have serious doubts about this. The CRA unknowingly double paid CERB to many, they also paid CERB to those already on EI. What are the chances they will even know who should have gotten it? Or what will they do with the people that already spent the money and don't own a pot to p!ss in.

Lol- another barely legal status’d entry screwing the system. When will the government learn. I know all kinds of these guys in trades trying to screw the system at all costs. They dont give 2 ****s. Nobody catching them no enforcement.
