2.45% 5year closed variable
2.89% 5year fixed closed

Also best broker to deal with?

I’m in a 5 year “closed variable” meaning it floats, but at any time I can lock it for the rest of my term. Currently at 2.1. @atb

I just signed 2.89 3 yr fixed in feb just before all this covid stuff. May go in if the rates keep dropping and renegotiate for another 5 yr at lower rate and no penalty because its longer than the current term
