I really hope he's wrong...my parents own a fishing lodge in Bamfeild, which is right on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Halibut season opened last week, so me and the family are heading out next weekend for 10 days. Should be tasty.

EFA ....the Island, Gods country

It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when, earth cycles move slowly but eventually chit is gonna happen and not just earthquakes and probably not all at once..... We humans are the only creatures that try to adapt our environment to suite our needs rather than adapting ourselves to our environment, this is against the natural order of things and inevitably will come back to bite us in the azz....

All we can do is hope the severe land and climate altering events hold off for a bit so we can enjoy what we have created for as long as possible...

Tragic as it could be it would definitly an interesting time to witness....

Quite often we make a big deal of what are realistically insignificant matters...
Job/bills/stress etc... think anyone on the coast of Japan is worried about thier car payment this month????

I would be looking into flood insurance

LOL Nah I am high enough up the mountain to not worry about a flood, earthquake though worries me..... Oh well get the best of both worlds there, we used to pay to get sun and warm temps in the winter, now we get that in the winter and I pay to find snow to play in lol

pretty sure if the water makes it over the mountains we're all phucked

Ya because it would have to be about a magnitude 100 earthquake to produce a tsunami high enough to come this far, PLUS be able to overcome about 13,000ft of rocky mountains,.. pretty much the world splitting in half

THEN maybe Emma will show me her boobs, seeing as I missed out on the first go around :)
