Lol! I've literally done hundreds of trailers with Darco tape. It's like duct tape on Viagra.

Where do i buy Viadra tape?????

You can run a 2x4 inside the belly and screw the new sheet up to it. Use large washers and get some Darco underbelly tape from the Rv store for the seam. Factory look when done. Smear some sika flex around the edge of the Darco tape when done.
