Coolant temp on non-Ho engine? (09 and earlier)

Ok, so i took my 2009 m8 153 out for a ride today. When i was going my coolant temp was at 132F-133F but when I was going hard it got up to 141F all the way to 147F. It seems high to me but I'm not sure. Manual says light flashes at 170 so I'm still safe I think.My coolant levels are good and I'm getting lots of snow on the coolers. I'm just wondering what u guys think and what your running for temp on your m8.
