I will try them, so far no luck and been looking for about a year now. Well since i bought the rifle.
Went to a few gun show's and lots of suggestions but none have pan out yet.

They are available in the US but can't ship across border.

I served in the Canadian arm forces for 10yrs in my younger years, in a light infantry regiment. Served as a member of the UN for couple of years, i got to fire some pretty cool stuff. But nothing cooler then a Marlin 45/70 government. There is something special about a 45/70 lever that i just love about it.
Here is a pic of my favorite rifle to shoot and admire.

Mine doesn't look as good as yours, but I Love my 45/70 as well even though I don't get to shoot it very often.
Also patiently waiting for my custom made scabbard for my ranch hand that I ordered off ebay mid Nov. Tracking # shows it should be here in the next couple days.

It could be a consideration but when i bought the rifle about a year ago i got only 6 live rounds. Thats all i have and no empties. Needless to say i have never shot it.

Thanks, its all stainless and the stock is a rare cocobolo wood found only in south america. Its actually the center (heart) of this rare tree.

I was looking on Gun Nutz for info on 32-20 rifle ammo. Someone said a dealer in BC mainland sells the 32-20 rifle brass of Starline brand. But apparently it is tricky to reload.

Is there another cal of brass that can be trimmed for reloading? I'll ask a local guru if he has any leads for you.

I bought a Tikka t-3, composite stock blued barrel for my wifes dad, nice rifle and shoots good, it was 800 bucks brand new
