Well, 100% on the written and 100% on the practical. It's all common sense. Debating on making a private range on the farm here so I don't need to join a club. And that way I can shoot the restricted guns at home.
So far, got a couple toys in mind. One not a restricted, and one is.

And to try find a good used ar-15, something cheaper just to get familiar with them. So I can learn the mechanics and do's and do nots on something not worth a months wage.
