I have little to complain about with living in Alberta. My house, cabin, all my toys, my lifestyle were all paid for due to our reasonably healthy economy.
The wearther is just pat of the package and if it bothered me that much I'd adjust my lifestyle and move to BC where you "never" see the sun but can live where there is less snow.
For me Albert is home and I'll be happy with the weather we have.

Very true, although once this oil economy allows me too, i plan on leaving winter far behind at least dec,jan and feb, the Sun is starting to set on my sledding days.
