K here is my box. I put it in the kitchen window so everyone could see it clearly.. I took one pic but it sure didn't shine like it should have. So I scrubbed it up with Comet. The new box is on the left. It's quite a bit smaller, but I sure love how pretty it is with all the stars and such..

Both boxes are perfect, and I especially enjoy that they are laminate; as opposed to velvet or shag........

Exactly. Way easier to keep clean. I think this is why my box has lasted as long as it has.

Cleaning ones box with comet could be hard on it couldn't it.... Wouldn't it dry out the box. Would you have to moisturize your box after with some sort of mineral oil? Rubbing it in so the box doesn't deteriorate or crack from the harsh douche of comet? Would baby wipes not be more appropriate for cleansing ones box?

If you're going to leave your box out on the windowsill you may want to think about using uv proyection as well.:sun:

the old box made an appearance in our room in golden.

The viewing of momma's box must have been invitational only :)..... as I was in Golden at the time and don't recall seeing said box.... as well, one would not forget such a fine looking box!!!! Would be easily recognized in a lineup!!!
