Collinwood cove. Does anyone live around there or know anything about it?

Our house hunt continues and we have found something of interest out there. I was wondering if anyone lives in and around that area and would appreciate any feedback.

From the research I have done, it is a small hamlet of about 330 people. Basically comprised of a small acreage (1/4 to 1/2 acre) lots in a couple of subdivisions. We love the fact that it is right by Cooking lake and it seems super quiet out there and is only 15 minutes to Sherwood park.

Before we strike a deal on this house, I'm trying to find out as much info on the area as possible.

Only on the lakes in that county. Something that is annoying but not a deal breaker.

How is the snowmobile corridor project coming along anyway? No luck yet im guessing.

I am out on RR222 and 520. know a coule of guys out there - they seem to like it. I think there kids are on the bus for 20 min to school
