Ran the UTV version on my Maverick all last year. Works great on the SxS. Can really help with belt life and let you know when you're in the danger range for belt temp.
Didn't know they made a snow version till now, though I think it may be a little harder to monitor on the sled.

I haven't blown a belt in over 1800KM on my sled. Rendering a clutch temp sensor pretty much useless.

As long as you run your clutch cover you're golden

My 14 XM is the first sled I have left the full cover on and BAM!! 2000+km a belt, way better than any doo ever.
Even my floated 06 was only good for 1400km per belt which was 800km better than my 02 summit - that one was really hard on belts. 09 Summit was almost same as 06 and had vents everywhere a honeycomb would fit on the 09 summit panels.
