Clutch / motor mount issues

This is the fix from Doo, If you know a aluminum welder or know how to do it yourself i would recommend welding up the cracks if you have them.

I am having the same problem with the motor lifting up. I will have to check my motor mounts. Do u think this could cause low rpm's? I can only hit about 7200 rpm and then they slowly drop as the sled is under load. if the clutches start to work them selves closer to each other this would be like running a longer belt causing poor rpm's maybe?? or do i just have 2 problems?
