It will be a while for me. Fedex making a killing off me sending parts out all over God's creation to every elevation range. hahaha
Have 1000kms (600miles) under my belt (pardon pun) now. [850x154x3"] Happy enough right now to send parts out to evaluate with trusted test Gents.
Still will be a while to collect data and sort all the details out.

Can you give us an idea what "a while" means? I've been waiting for your kit, but if it's not going to come out until next year, I may try something else (then probably buy your kit anyway). I'm a happy past purchaser. Thanks!

Anyone that has a clutch kit out right now had not spent much time developing it, this pDrive is a different animal and if yah want quality than it's worth waiting for guys to figure out the clutching properly.

Dynamo Joe's clutch kits are like the fine wine slogan "we will sell no wine before it's time."
Except Dj's slogan is "we will sell no clutch kit before it's time."

I for one like Dj's approach of not rushing to put out minimally tested clutch kits. It shows what kind of guy he is because he could easily throw something together and bring in anywhere from $5,000 to $50,000+ in income. A kit that doesnt work would also hurt his reputation. Instead, he chooses less money, more quality. Stand up fella in my eyes.

Joey. Be glad to test for you at 5000-8000. 1700km and 9 belts. I'm a prime candidate ;)

I've done the basics. Spring and weights. Got some Ramps and a sprocket coming this week too. Have little hopes of actually fixing the problem though.

^^^ Did you check your engine mounts?
Your engine could be flexing to much under load.

Also what track length are you running? Can you confirm 21/51 if you have a 165?

Agree, but also have never heard any negative about any of Greg's kits. Also heard Howard's has a kit available. No experience with him.

I can confirm 21/51 on my summit 165 3". I am actually trying 19/51 this weekend to try and lower belt temps and see how she performs. I also added 4.5 grams of weight to the bolts. I blew a belt at 650km from heat ( so the dealer says), and dont want that to keep happening.

Which clutch (primary/ secondary) are people seeing the most heat from? I geared my 165x3 to 22/51, installed a stiffer secondary spring, and now my secondary is running cool but my primary is running super hot.

Gear it to 20/51 and add more weight.
