Club Grooming Protocols

Hey everyone. I'm looking for what your club uses for grooming protocols. If you have something that is on paper that we can adopt/adapt,that would be greatly appreciated. I am intereted in any type of groomer protocols even though we have a sled pulling a groomer.

Thanks, that helps quite a bit actually. But what about special protocols your club has made for safety or operations IE two people go out for grooming, communication if something does happen, who do you call etc. Do you guys have something like that in place?

We use the Spot system with a designated check in frequency. Works well for us. Also have cell phones but they do not work in all areas.

I use the Spot Locator and a Sat phone.
Tex my plan to one of my Call in Folks, it incudes directions and time line.
I hit the Spot OK button every hour, keeps everyone happy.
Don
