not sure about that exact one, but any major truck shop, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Western Star, the parts department will have all sorts of marker lights

I was gonna say the same. Pull a light and see if you can get a name or part number off it, usually can find that stuff on amazon cheap. I have the 3/4" round ones, they seem to be ok.

These are the style my deck came with. They are called dragon eye. I got them from etrailer out of the states.
