how often and how do u clean your exaughst valves

i do mine every 200 miles. clean the bellows with brake clean. the valve itself with an sos pad. always replace the gasket. never reuse it.

1400 miles on mine and they were clean. had a broken spring on once side it was dirty but nothing to sweat about. use good oil. it pays.
