The bushing is suppose to be loctited in, sometimes it gets into the grove

How many Km's are you guys getting out of that bushing before replacement?
And when changing green loctite, "retaining compound"

I've got 2000k on mine and I'm going to do a complete overhaul just for piece of mind.

I have maybe 5000km (changed gauge cluster and I don't know for sure the total km) on mine and this is the second time for pucks and rollers. The bushing and spiral snap ring were in the BRP kit so I though it would be good to change. There was a little play with the old bushing on the crank and the new bushing fit tighter. Pucks and roller today and then back on and torque it down.

That spiral loc is a pain. But it's better to measure the bushing to see if it's in spec or not.

The bushing is loctite in place as well.
