DVD/CD/MP3 - head unit
2 JL Audio amps
800 watt - for 2 subs
250watt - for 6X9

This system is installed in a 27 foot enclosed sled trailer. We also got a wireless thermostat to control the heat as we drive down the road and when we goto bed. Everything is nice and warm and defrosted with out eating up our propane. Also We got the undercarriage spray foamed to insulate the entire trailer. We have custom tie straps for just this trailer along with the movable runners so your not looking for a place to strap your sled down.

thought you guys might like to see it! I can take more photos if you like...

See you up there! you will know its us... BOOM BOOM BOOM!

im going to play azzhole here but what the heck are you running for batteries or do you carry a genset as well to keep it all charged up.
that system running a furnace fan as well would kill a fully charged set of 12s in about 15 min.
nice system though.
i would put some typ of support under the sub box though as it is pretty heavy and with the extra stuff you pile in the cupboards and bouncing down the road wont take long to bust the crap out of everything.

haha... well to answer your question about the power draw we solved that problem very carefully.

- We put in a battery isolator to prevent any unforseen power draws while driving down the highway... if you look closely you can see the isolator under the far 6X9. We have the alternator wired to the trailer receptacle on the truck... So aslong as we have our truck running this would act much like a stereo inside your truck. So when we are unloading and loading we can listen to some tunage! just leave the truck running...

- inside the aluminum cupboard its has built in aluminum framework through out. But perhaps some additional support might not be a bad idea.

nice sounds good.
and like you said a little extra support is never a bad thing. easier to do it now than after it falls onto the sled hoods.

I had the spray foam done at j and g urathane in edmonton.
also did spray in box liner on floor inside and 1 foot up the walls
then installed those super traxs thru the trailer
we are installing a 40" led screen to have sled vids going while unloading.
will take a bunch of pics when project is done.
Anyone know of a good place to get some good custom rims for it?
