There is some truth to that, textron is doing some major changes to the marketing and sales dept.'s, blowing out all 17 and older stock (as that was all "arctic cat's" inventory) and going ahead with a much smarter build and sell strategy. I for one am happy with an 18 mtn cat $15400 cash out the door with 4 years warranty, and Ill sno check another one in 4 years time and so on
I'm Happy Cat is back in the game believe just don't believe you won't be able to get your hands on a 2018 in the spring . I walked into Ralph's in Calgary and the other day and there was more 14 ,15 and 16 Cats on the show room floor than there was current models . I get they have to sell them but who's walking in the door wanting to purchase all that old stock

Oh ya im sure people will get their hands on 18’s next year, but gonna be fewer than before is all i was saying, salesmen definitely trying to move some product

So how does a Cat salesman make any sales commission when they're blowing them out at or below cost?

I'm thinking guys with 2010 and older sleds would be the target.
