You're gearing should be fine. I put one on an M7 and it worked great without changing gearing. Not sure what T-motion is going to do for you without the flex edge track though?????? Not a doo guy.

T motion is an excellent upgrade for the price. Flex edge track does help but it still works well with a regular one. Did it to mine sled last year and wouldnt go back

The 2011 clutching wasn't that great.

With the 2.5" my preference is the 20/49. Getting that ratio a little lower loads the clutches up a little more. The stock tra tends to react better to the loading. They are torque sensing pulleys afterall.

You can likely find someone who dumped their 2012 or 2013 clutching for something else and pick it up cheap.

Or go to someones "kit"

With 19/45 you are in the ballpark though

I did the exact same track change on my 2008, gears are fine. Go with DJ's mountain kit. Go to his website and fill out the form. With this track and that clutch kit you will see a huge difference, i was pulling with the 163's all day. If you haven't worked on clutches bfore just google it there are a ton of youtubes out there that show you how. You are going to love that track
