I would get a few linq mounts and build a metal base on them with a plywood box for the saw and slot to stick the bar out of. Put a scabbard mount on the side for your rifle. I think ferniesnow has a similar saw setup.

I've had this done up in 1" square aluminum and it could very well be 3/4". Painted it 2 times (black and then red and I am thinking about doing it in yellow). Shown with snowshoes and a small saw strapped down. Set it above the tunnel so there is some air movement and cooling and matched it to the LinQ brackets. Works great. I have turned the LinQ around so the brackets are not hanging out past the tunnel. I ride too many trees and it scares me if I were to snag one of the brackets on a big tree.

I'm way too busy! Just noticed this the morning. The LinQ parts are out of the CanAm catalogue and I', thinking they were $25 for a pair or $50 bucks for the 4 of them. Not sure Joel as that was a few years back.

Doug? Why is there a polaris in your garage???

Back around that time (when I bought the quad in 2005) the shop was full of Polaris. I blew the motor (not a surprise at the time) on a 2004 Vertical Escape and I went to a 2005 Summit 600 (as buddy said that was all I needed). That was the start of the love affair. I still have the quad for plowing the driveway and it only has 1700 miles on it. Do you wanna buy it?
