I believe it is 9 ounces. Only way to drain it that I know of is to remove the cover and let it drain out onto your sled. I just did mine this past weekend and I used a bunch of rags underneath the case to catch the oil. Man that stuff smells horrible too.

If you want to drain the oil out remove the drain plug ,from the bottom of the chaincase

I know the revs didn't have a drain plug. Just pull the cover and it drains into the body but theres holes under it for it to drain into your bucket under the sled.

And you just buy the little 250ml bottle or whatever for the oil and it holds the bottle as far as amount of oil. Pulling the cover also gives you a chance to clean it out.

I prefer pulling the cover. That way I can check the chain tension. I drilled a small hole in panel just under the cover so the oil could run through and out the bottom.
