cellular service

hi all its been a long time since I've been riding, does anyone know if there is cell service in places like Vega or Cadomin?

The last time I was at Vega there was no service. One fellow even tried standing on the roof of his motorhome. That was kind of funny.

Funny, in Vega when im in the bush where we camp i get no service. I ride my bike to the road and make all the calls i need to.

Vega - sometimes, with a digital bag phone
Cadomin - no.. I got service once at the top of the Cardinal Divide before though.. very poor..
Used to be able to get out at the top of the Grave Flatts tower hill, but they changed the tower I was getting to digital.. so now only mike phones get out..

Cell service in vega is sketchy, there are a few spots where phones will work. Service in cadomin is non existent, you will have to find a payphone.
