Stay away from the Cat sled dealer in Calgary. Nothing but incompetence, from the sales dept. to warranty service dept. I wouldn't let change a light bulb, let alone put a wrench to a machine.

If your talking about Ralphs I can't agree, I've had a very good experience there. Sorry to hear you didn't, hopefully they can resolve things.

I'll agree with you. Stopped going there a long time ago. Gotta drive over 2 hrs now to get any trustable service. At least the dealer will courier parts to me.
