It's up to the people yes but it's also up to the king. They fought for their independence from Britain, we are still ruled by the crown. Leaving the commonwealth isn't as easy as it sounds and trump threating hostile take over is a laugh. Yes the USA is a war machine, but being backed by the commonwealth means we have 23 allies. It would be economical suicide. The American economy is already propped up by fraudulent banking systems.

Like I said before, those who want to join him should start applying for their visa now. And yes it is easy. Lots of cheap land available, that makes you a stake holder and the application is easier.

One of the great things about being Canadian is not being American!

All economies are propped up by a fraudulent banking system. A banking system that tells the governments of the world what to do. Borders, constitutions and charters are just theatre to keep us goyim participating in the illusion.

i can't see canada joining the u.s. the debates, court proceedings, etc and all the other details that have to be hashed out would far outlast trump's presidency. not to mention however americans that don't agree with the plan.

Remember when the dems were saying Trump was a threat to democracy? I have a feeling Trump will be in power for longer than his 4 years this time. We are watching a movie and you have to watch for the small details in the script.

i think the whole idea is completely unrealistic whether or not it's a good idea. if the majority of canadians and americans don't approve, what's trump gonna do, send in the military? never gonna happen.
i'm guessing we'll soon see his case for it in detail.
this is going to be a great way for trump to f**k up his presidency if this doesn't turn out to be for some reason, a slam dunk for him and he continues to push it. so many other things he and his team need to fix here.

Watched Trump speak and he said the US doesn't need anything from Canada, he mentioned lumber, milk, cars but he never said anything about oil.
Do the math on what a 25%tariff on oil would do to the gas prices in the US.

If there was a way to divert water coming from Canada that would get his attention. California would dry up like a raisin and topple into the ocean.

There is a reason why charging interest was made illegal up until the last century when the international bankers got the control they needed to keep it implemented.
