Did my rad relocate today. Bought the can am one. After 6 teas it is in. The tough part is squeezing the rad out of the stock spot. Ended up taking off the front rack and plastic to do it. Would have been 4 teas without that part. It is a nice kit. Just need my snorkles now.

Let a seasoned pro try it, before med makes off with it like a 1 handed bandit

What year was yours? I was able to get my rad out without ripping half of it apart. I did have to remove the winch, but I was servicing that anyway. sure makes a big difference when you don't have to worry about the mud so much anymore. when you get the snorkle kit get the front cvt one as it doesn't come in the kit.

Quad is a 2012. It was so close to coming out but the spout just wouldnt go. Tried for about an hour. Needed about 1/2". Taking off the rack and front bumper and just lifting the plastic gave me alot of room. And didnt take too long. I was going to get the xmr snorkle kit but I think I am going with the snorkle your atv set instead. I like the idea of them higher up and knowing if I am taking on water. Building a set looks easy but I hate the cheap ass look of them.

I hear ya, I liked the cleaner look of the BRP kit, keeps people guessing. Besides I like the more understated look because I am so quiet in realy life! Yeah right!

Keith before you order that kit you should know it won't fit properly with the can am rad relocate. I have the kit from snorkelyouratv and when I put the rad relocate on I had to reroute my 2 CVT snorkels. There isn't enough room between the gauge pod and rad for them. I ran mine up under the fenders and brought them out the openings in the rear of the rack by the edge of the fenders. Its not a lot of extra work. I'd post a pic but I'm on my phone and I haven't figured out how to add pics yet from here.

Hope this works. Trying to add the pics.

If you look closely you can see where I put duct tape over the holes I drilled in the pod for the original CVT snorkels

The East Coast Snorkels kit fits with the BRP rad relocate...just some minor trimming of the top plastic cap. Here's my old 07...

??? The 2012 & 2010 are totally different kits? At least thats what i saw on snorkleyouratv.com

"this will snorkel the 2012-2013 outlander 1000-800r-650-500 and xp and max and
power steering models. This is for the new generation 2 outlander. This is the
best looking and performing snorkel system for the newly designed
outlander on the market. The low profile riser design gives your atv that
custom look, and ultimate protection it deserves. this system leaves room for
any radiator relocate kit

If its a 2012 800...it is a Gen1 frame(unless its a Renegade)....if it is a 2012 1000, it is a Gen 2 frame. Either way, I would be very leery of the SYATV kits...lots of re-engineering usually required on the Can Ams.

Yep even tho mine is a 2012 it is still a gen1 so it may not fit without work.
