Welcome to the site, weeandy.

Your throttle body is probably caked with grime. The butterfly valve in there is binding on the grime. You should be able to confirm how freely the butterfly valve moves by disconnecting the throttle cable and trying to turn it by hand. Sometimes, if it gets bad enough, the butterfly valve can actually wear a groove in the side of your throttle body and that will cost you money. Usually a good cleaning will resolve the issue.
