How old does a sled have to be to qualify for the vintage class?

Anyway, since someone brought it up, for those who don't know, and to get this out of the way for the 2014 season:

Longhairfreak (LHF) has a history of bragging about how great and fast his old beater sled is. Last year he ran his mouth faster than his sled and got his ass handed to him at the AB Beach drags. After months of talk, it was an EPIC FAIL and PEOPLE ARE STILL LAUGHING AT HIM. Apparently 2014 is shaping up to be much the same.
