CAC Membership Renewal

The CAC's goal is to increase our membership into the thousands! Help us out.

Please renew your membership today and send this link to your friends: http://www.avalanche.ca/cac/membership.

With your membership dollars, we provide daily avalanche forecasts for 12 regions and weekly avalanche reports for three other regions; conduct pilot projects in new regions in order to develop new regional avalanche forecasts; support public avalanche programs; and provide CAC outreach services. Benefits include free-of-charge access to our public and technical meetings at the CAA/CAC AGM, a twice annual CAC e-newsletter, and the right to vote in the election of CAC Board Directors.

Lets help these guys out !

Done. Through the buck a sled program and sledders donating in other ways I think sledders are already the back country user group sending the most money to the CAC so we might as well have the most memberships. Make the "greenie meanies" that do not want us in the back country squirm a bit.

Done, ONLY $20 peeps!!!

To bad they don't keep track of what backcountry activity you do, so they can tell how many snowmobilers use the website. Perhaps this year they will continue to update the website after heli skiing shuts down for us sledders who like to sled for another couple months.

are there any benefits in becoming a member or is it just a donation to the CAC ?

I don't mind making a donation, just wondering if there are any benefits other than the public bulletins everyone else gets !?
