cable extending

k so got bored today, ran out and picked up a 4" riser, everything is ok lenght wise with clipping some clips and re routing some electrical......so my question is how hard is it to extend the throttle, is it just an attachment i need to buy or do i need all new cables??? here some pics of the cable set up......

Power maid throtle extention. Very simple and it works. Im one step away from a monkey and i did it:beer:

any idea on price 2mk??? and does that little black cylinder just pull apart??



Price im not sure about, but you take the retainer clip of the block, then the nubby end will pop out... fix this end in the rectangle holder, .. put in the other side of the extention... attach back to block... put retainer clip back in.. check that it is all free.... put on PARK brake.. pull cord test... now crack beer..

ahhhhhh so it installs above the little 3 way splitter thingy....looks syple enough thanks for the info 2mk

Hey Plio, it is a 30 minute install, the factory cable goes in one end, and the other end goes into the throttle block where the factory cable was. I am not sure, but I think they are around $45. Here's a couple shots of mine.
